Rewarding

I helped a friend of my mother-in-law with her workplace's website today. She got it kind of dumped in her lap when someone else left, and couldn't figure out why she couldn't get it to update. It should have been simple - figure out where the files are, update the page, upload the file - 2 hours later finally I figured out what was going on (crazy hosting site, multiple ftp logins and files) and taught her how to update the site. Created the new page she needed and done. She was SO happy, gave me a big hug, and just visibly relaxed, she's going on vacation tomorrow and now she can be on vacation without thinking about work. I love being able to help people.
